About Me
Well into my 20s, I often found myself asking what my true calling was on this earth. What I didn’t realize at the time was that the clues had been right in front of me all along.
I was born the third oldest of ten children on the Southside of Chicagoland — which meant leadership training started early. (One Thanksgiving turkey + Two drumsticks = Ten kids wrestling) Negotiation, teamwork, resilience — I didn’t just learn those skills;
I lived them!
Later, as a fullback on my high school and college football teams, I embraced a role built on discipline, protection, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. Fullbacks don’t always get the spotlight — but they make the play possible. That mindset has never left me.
Fast forward 25 years, and I’ve built my career as a Consultant, Trainer, and Motivational Speaker serving corporations, schools, nonprofits, and sports teams. Looking back, it’s clear: every chapter of my life was preparation. Preparation to serve. To lead and guide. To help others blaze a successful path forward.
Fatherhood has added another dimension to this journey. Raising children helps deepen the understanding of patience, empathy, and the power of guidance — lessons that inform every speech I give, every strategy I design, and every team I coach. Being a dad isn’t just a role; it’s a daily exercise in leadership, nurturing potential, and shaping the future.
Today, I don’t just deliver speeches — I spark momentum. My work sits at the intersection of inspiration and strategy, because motivation without direction fades, and strategy without belief falls flat. Whether I’m energizing a room full of executives, equipping educators, strengthening nonprofit leadership, helping athletes elevate their mindset, or sharing life lessons as a parent, my mission remains the same: unlock potential and turn it into measurable impact.
